AOGT Shipping & Delivery Policy

Arabian Oasis General Trading - L.L.C - S.P.C (“AOGT”) supplies furniture to businesses, retailers, interior designers, contractors, corporate buyers, and other customers across the United Arab Emirates.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our standard delivery charges and delivery process for orders placed through the AOGT website.

1. Delivery Coverage

AOGT provides delivery services across the United Arab Emirates, subject to delivery-area accessibility and order requirements.

Delivery arrangements for large, customized, project, or bulk orders may be confirmed separately based on the order quantity, destination, site requirements, and agreed quotation or purchase order.

2. Standard Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges are calculated according to the order value:

For customized, bulk, or project orders, delivery arrangements may be handled separately according to the agreed quotation or purchase order.

3. Delivery Arrangements

After an order is confirmed, AOGT will arrange delivery according to product availability, order requirements, and the delivery schedule.

Our delivery team may contact the customer to confirm:

• Delivery address
• Contact person
• Contact number
• Suitable delivery timing
• Site access requirements, where applicable

Customers should ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for receiving the ordered furniture.

4. Large, Bulk & Project Orders

For large-volume, customized, or project orders, delivery requirements may differ from standard website orders.

AOGT may coordinate delivery based on:

• Order quantity
• Furniture dimensions
• Delivery location
• Site access
• Installation requirements, where applicable
• Project schedule

Any special delivery terms or charges will be communicated and agreed before the order is finalized.

5. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery timing may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, delivery location, site access, and other operational circumstances.

AOGT will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery within the agreed or communicated timeframe.

Unforeseen circumstances, including access restrictions, site delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond AOGT's reasonable control, may affect delivery schedules.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the products at the time of delivery.

If a product is received with significant damage, is incorrect, or has an eligible manufacturing issue, the customer should notify AOGT as soon as possible with the relevant order or invoice reference and supporting photographs or video.

7. Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.

Additional arrangements may be required where delivery involves:

• Restricted building access
• Limited loading/unloading access
• Difficult site conditions
• Special access requirements
• Access permits or building approvals

Any special requirements should be communicated to AOGT before delivery.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once the furniture has been delivered, AOGT may record the delivery as completed in its order and operational systems.

The customer may be asked to confirm receipt of the goods where appropriate.
