Welcome to Arabian Oasis General Trading (AOGT).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AOGT website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or access our Services.

1. About AOGT

Arabian Oasis General Trading - L.L.C - S.P.C, operating under the name AOGT, is a UAE-based furniture manufacturer and wholesale supplier.

AOGT supplies furniture and related products to businesses and professional customers, including:

  • Furniture retailers
  • Interior designers
  • Contractors and fit-out companies
  • Corporate buyers
  • Hospitality businesses
  • Project and commercial buyers
  • Other approved business customers

Our Services may include standard furniture products, customized furniture, wholesale supply, and project-related furniture solutions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may browse our website without creating an account.

Certain features, including access to trade pricing and B2B purchasing, may require registration and approval by AOGT.

When creating an account or submitting information to AOGT, you agree to provide information that is:

  • Accurate
  • Complete
  • Current
  • Not misleading

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activities carried out through your account.

AOGT reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an account where appropriate.

3. Trade Accounts and B2B Pricing

AOGT may provide special trade pricing to approved business customers.

Registration for a trade account does not automatically guarantee approval or access to trade pricing.

AOGT may review submitted information before approving a customer for B2B purchasing and trade pricing.

Trade prices, catalogs, product availability, and purchasing access may vary according to the customer's approved account, company, order requirements, and applicable commercial terms.

Trade pricing is intended for approved business customers and must not be publicly redistributed or represented as consumer pricing without AOGT's permission.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, colors, finishes, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

  • Product colors may vary depending on the customer's screen and device.
  • Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • Specifications may change where improvements or manufacturing requirements require modification.
  • Availability may change without prior notice.
  • Customized products may differ from standard product images based on the agreed specifications.

Where a quotation, approved specification, sample, drawing, or other written document has been provided for a customized or project order, the agreed documentation will govern the applicable product specifications.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that the product will remain available at all times.

AOGT reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Discontinue products
  • Change specifications
  • Update product information
  • Refuse or cancel an order where necessary

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled due to availability or other circumstances, AOGT will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to AOGT's acceptance and successful processing.

AOGT reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order where appropriate, including in situations involving:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Incorrect product information
  • Incorrect quantities
  • Payment issues
  • Customer/account verification
  • Technical errors
  • Other circumstances affecting the ability to fulfil the order

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable payment resolution will be handled in accordance with AOGT's applicable policies and the circumstances of the order.

7. Prices, VAT and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and other applicable charges will be presented during the purchasing process where applicable.

Shipping and delivery charges, where applicable, will be calculated according to the delivery terms displayed during checkout or agreed with the customer.

For trade, project, customized, or bulk orders, pricing may be provided through a quotation or other written commercial agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

AOGT reserves the right to correct pricing errors or other inaccuracies before or after an order is submitted, subject to applicable law.

8. Customized and Project Orders

AOGT may manufacture or supply customized furniture according to customer requirements.

Customized or project orders may involve specific requirements relating to:

  • Dimensions
  • Materials
  • Colors
  • Finishes
  • Designs
  • Quantities
  • Specifications
  • Production timelines
  • Delivery requirements

The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming the specifications provided to AOGT before production begins.

Once customized or made-to-order production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to additional terms or charges.

The applicable quotation, purchase order, approved drawing, specification, or other written agreement may contain additional terms for customized and project orders.

9. Delivery

AOGT provides delivery according to the delivery options and terms applicable to the order.

Delivery times provided by AOGT are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Product availability
  • Production requirements
  • Customer site conditions
  • Access restrictions
  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Events beyond AOGT's reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible for the intended furniture delivery.

Where applicable, the customer should ensure that the site is ready to receive the products.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect products when they are delivered.

Any visible damage, missing components, incorrect products, or other delivery-related concerns should be reported to AOGT as soon as possible.

Product complaints and replacement requests are handled according to our Replacement & Warranty Policy.

11. Replacement and Warranty

AOGT's product replacement and warranty process is governed by our Replacement & Warranty Policy.

In general, eligible product issues reported within the applicable periods may qualify for:

  • Complete product replacement within 10 days, where applicable
  • Affected part/component replacement within 30 days, where applicable
  • Warranty support for products covered by a 1-year or 3-year warranty, depending on the product

All replacement and warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval.

12. No General Change-of-Mind Returns

AOGT does not generally accept product returns or provide refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, selects an incorrect product, or no longer requires the product.

Replacement and warranty support is provided according to the applicable Replacement & Warranty Policy and order terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available through the AOGT Services, including but not limited to:

  • AOGT name and logo
  • Product names
  • Product images
  • Product descriptions
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Website design
  • Text
  • Marketing materials
  • Other original content

is owned by or licensed to AOGT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit AOGT content without prior written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the AOGT website and Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with website security or functionality
  • Introduce malicious software or code
  • Attempt to disrupt the website

Where an order is affected by a significant error, AOGT may contact the customer before proceeding with the order.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AOGT will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

AOGT's liability in relation to a specific product or order may also be subject to the applicable quotation, purchase order, warranty terms, or other written commercial agreement.

19. Force Majeure

AOGT will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Natural disasters
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Significant material shortages
  • Power or telecommunications failures
  • Other events beyond reasonable control

Where reasonably possible, AOGT will communicate significant delays and work with the customer to determine an appropriate solution.

20. Account Suspension or Termination

AOGT may suspend or terminate a customer's account or access to the Services where:

  • These Terms are violated
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Unauthorized use occurs
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • The account is otherwise used in a manner that may harm AOGT or other users

Termination of an account does not remove any payment or contractual obligations that arose before termination.

21. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is handled according to the AOGT Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by AOGT and service providers involved in operating the website, processing orders, payments, communications, analytics, and other Services.

22. Shopify

The AOGT website is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through the AOGT website are transactions between the customer and Arabian Oasis General Trading - L.L.C - S.P.C.

Shopify is not the seller of AOGT products and is not responsible for the products purchased directly from AOGT.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or transactions with AOGT shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, subject to any mandatory rights or protections applicable under law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Changes to These Terms

AOGT may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable effective date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, where possible.

The remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and commercial documents referenced in them, constitute the terms governing your use of the AOGT Services and your purchases from AOGT.

For specific wholesale, customized, or project orders, an applicable quotation, purchase order, sales order, or written agreement may contain additional terms that apply to that transaction.
